Continue to use your Clark Color account as usual. A week before the switchover, you will still be able to upload photos to your Clark Color account, but those photos will not be moved over to your new Snapfish account.
What will happen to my current projects?
Unfortunately, only your images will be transferred to Snapfish. Any books, calendars or other projects will not transfer. You will be able to order the projects on Clark Color until August 20. On August 20, the Clark Color web sites will be shutdown.
Will shared albums be move to Snapfish?
Only albums owned by the particular customer will be moved over. That means shared albums will not be transferred.
What if I need help?
We are here to help make your transition to Snapfish as easy as possible. You will be able to contact Clark Color customer service for any Clark Color orders until the end of July 2020. Snapfish has a great customer service department that will be happy to help you with future orders. Their easy- to-use design tools include robust online help.
Can I sign up for Snapfish right now rather than waiting?
Yes. Go to the Snapfish signup page to make an account. Make sure to use the same email account as you have for Clark Color, as well as the same first and last name. Your Clark Color photos will transfer to your Snapfish account as part of the migration.
What about other information stored on Clark Color, including my password, my credit card information and my addresses?
At the end of the transition, all customer data on Clark Color servers will be destroyed. The only data that will be transferred is your email address and a summary of your order history.
Will credits, coupons and gift certificates transfer over?
No. We ask that you use any credits, coupons and gifts certificates in your account by the end of June.
What will happen if I already have a Snapfish account with the same email address?
Your images from Clark Color will be moved into your existing Snapfish account.
What if I have an account on both York and Clark using the same email address?
Your images will be moved into one Snapfish account.
My Clark Color account is set to expire soon. What will happen to my account?
On May 1, 2020, Clark Color stopped enforcing account expiration and image limit policies. Your account and images will be moved over to Snapfish.
Can I expect the same quality of prints and products as I get from Clark Color?
You will get the same high quality as you have come to enjoy from Clark Color. In fact, Clark Color already shares print facilities with Snapfish for many of the products.
