What is Collect in Store?
Collect in Store is a brand new service from Snapfish where you can create and collect selected items the same or next day from a network of Max Spielmann store locations.
How much does Collect in Store cost?
There is no charge for the Collect in Store service, however please note our Collect in Store product prices differ from our regular online prices. You can see these on the pricing page or review final prices in the cart before checkout.
How can I locate my nearest store?
Collect in Store orders are available in over 400 stores across the UK, you can find a full list of store locations here. You can also search for your nearest store by checking the product page of your chosen item or the cart where you can search for your closest store using your postcode.
How long does it take to process my order?
Photo prints are processed and should be ready to collect within 1 hour of placing your order (subject to store opening hours). For all other products, if you place your order by 12pm your items will be processed and ready to collect the same day (subject to store opening hours). Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and ready to collect next day (PM).
Can I cancel my order?
We send your order directly into production at the store, therefore there is no option to cancel an order once placed.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a clear production defect with your order, please raise within the store as they may be able to reprint your order. Otherwise if any issues & for all other queries or concerns please visit our help page.
What products are available to Collect in Store?
Collect in Store is available on selected prints, posters, gifts, mugs, décor and calendars.
Can I use Snapfish discounts and offers with my Collect in Store order?
Usually, Snapfish coupon codes, discounts and free print offers cannot be used with Collect in Store orders, unless otherwise stated in the offer terms and conditions for that offer at the time.
How do I choose Collect in Store for my order?
While selecting your product in the store or when added to cart, if the product is applicable you will see the option to select 'Collect in Store'. You will be prompted to select a store of your choice, seeing the stores location using our store locator map.
How do I pay for my order?
Simply proceed to cart where you will be prompted to enter your billing details as part of checkout.
How will I know when my order is ready for collection at the store?
We will email you with an estimated collection date and time.
