To enable Account Recovery
Please login to Snapfish, click your name in the top right and select 'account settings'.
Within account settings you will see the option to add a Mobile number or an 'Account Recovery email'. Note: This email address must be different from your main Snapfish account email address.
When adding a mobile number you will need to verify it by replying 'SAVE' to a text message (The message will be sent from 86924 by Snapfish). When adding a recovery email address you will be sent an email with a link to verify that address. Once you click the link to verify, the email address will be added to your account.
In the event you forget your password and are unable to access your main Snapfish account email address
Click 'login/join' in the top right, select 'forgot your password?' and you will see an option appear below 'Need help or more options to access your account?' Simply select this link and enter your main Snapfish account email address.
You will be prompted to choose a verification method, either via phone or email depending on which you have entered in your account settings.
If you choose phone you will receive an SMS with a code, whereas if you choose email you will receive an email with a code. Simply enter that code on the verification screen and you will be prompted to reset your password. Upon doing so you will then be able to login to Snapfish!
