If you are experiencing difficulties when trying to upload via your Google photos account, please try the following steps to resolve:
1. Go to accounts.google.com and login
2. Go to the security tab
3. Under Third-party apps with account access, remove Snapfish access.
4. Log back into Snapfish and you should be requested permission again to access your Google photos.
Then when you reconnect to Google Photos via your Snapfish account, it should resolve the issue you were experiencing. If any further issues, please contact our support team.
