Are you still taking orders?

Will the delivery of my order be affected?
Our delivery service providers are doing everything possible to ensure your product is delivered as expected. Currently, Australia Post is estimating an additional 3-10 working days on top of the Estimated Delivery date stated in the Cart. View the latest update from Australia Post.
Will customer service be affected? Can I still get help?
We are still available 24/7 by chat to assist our customers. You may also call us during or hours of operation or send as an email. We have plans in place to avoid disruption; however, as this is an evolving situation, our customer service hours and operations are subject to change. For the latest, please check this FAQ.
Can I still use Kmart in store pickup service?
Unfortunately, due to significant price increases from our delivery partners, we are unable to offer Kmart pickup in store at this time.
