Will the delivery of my order be affected?
Royal Mail and UPS, our logistic partners, are operating as usual but some parcels will not be directly handed to the recipient and a signature will not be required when applicable, to ensure there is a safe social distance between both parties.
Delivery to Italy, Germany, Spain, France and other European countries may be delayed due to reduced transport and/or local measures in place to prevent further spread of the virus.
Are all products available?
Some products may be temporarily unavailable. Our website contains all up-to-date information regarding product availability. Only available products can be ordered.
Will customer service be affected? Can I still get help?
