Will my order be affected?
Most of our global production facilities are currently open. However, some of our labs are partially closed at request of local officials as a precautionary measure, so a subset of our products on www.snapfish.com may not be available for a while.

Why was my order cancelled?
Most of our global production facilities are currently open. However, one of our labs in the US has been temporarily closed at request of local officials as a precautionary measure, so a subset of our products on www.snapfish.com may not be available for a while.
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, it was likely due to this plant closure. Although it was necessary to cancel your order at the time, we have made some products available again to be re-purchased, just with an extended delivery date. Feel free to check back on our site. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
Can I still print or ship to store?
You can still select our print to store options at checkout, but please be sure to check with your selected store regarding their hours of operation during this time. The availability of these services depends greatly on where you’re located and whether or not your selected store is open.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has been impacted by the COVID-19 situation, you will be allowed to cancel it at any time. If your order does not contain an impacted product, you will still be able to take advantage of our standard 1-hour cancellation policy.
