The PICK-UP options for retail pick-up will not be available to you in the mobile apps if you do not have a valid bank card on file in your account. Please follow these steps to add a card to your account and enable the options for retail pick-up in the apps:
- In the cart page, tap the pencil icon next to Payment Method, and then enter your information for a valid bank card. When done, make sure the "Remember for future purchases" toggle is on, and tap Done.
- When you return to the main cart screen, if you don't see two tabs at the top, refresh the screen (or tap "Keep shopping" and then return to the cart). Two tabs should appear at the top.
- Tap PICK-UP to choose a store and complete your order.
Notes:
If you choose to pick-up your order at a store, you will need to pay for the order when you pick it up. We will not charge your bank card during check-out.
PayPal customers need to place an order for delivery before the pick-up option is visible.
