Snapfish produces and ships your order from our production facility in Australia to New Zealand.
Any order above NZD $1000 requires formal clearance through New Zealand Customs, and you will be asked to obtain a customs number from NZ customs. If an order value is above NZD $1000, Snapfish customer support team will contact you and ask you to provide a custom number.
You can obtain a customs number via this link: https://www.customs.govt.nz/personal/send-and-receive-items/customs-number. All duties for the custom clearance process has already been paid. No further payments are required.
