Make My Book is a service to provide assistance with making a Photo Book. Snapfish will design and create a Photo Book based on your specifications. Once the book is completed, you will be able to preview and make additional changes if desired prior to ordering.
How long will it take to make my Photo Book?
You will see your photo book in your account within 24 hours of submitting your Make My Book® Free Photo Book Designer Service request. You will receive an email notification when your book is ready. Click the link within the email and you will be re-directed to your newly designed book project where you can edit/review before adding to cart.

- Note: There are some instances in which the designers will be unable to design a book. For example: If the selected photos are subject to copyright, deemed incoherent (i.e. seemingly random in nature, no date information), or offensive in nature (per our Terms & Conditions), a notification email will be sent.
Can I use photos that are not in my Snapfish account?
Yes! In addition to your Snapfish account, photos can be selected from Google photos, Facebook photos or your computer. Photos added from your computer will be uploaded to your My Photos section in your Snapfish account.
How many photos can I put in my book?
The minimum number of photos for a book through the Make My Book service is 20 and the maximum is 800.
My photos are not in order after selecting them. What can I do?
The system automatically arranges the selected photos based on their EXIF data (including date and time taken), so photos that don't have this information will be shown out of order. Make My Book service will do it’s best to arrange all your photos chronologically.
What exactly does the Make My Book service do with my photos?
Designers will take the selected photos and design a custom photo book that best fits the photos and story based on the information provided.
- Any unused photos will be left in the photo tray.
- The photo book can be edited or further personalized after it has been saved to your account.
How much does the Make My Book® Service cost?
This service is completely free.
Can I cancel my Make My Book order?
The service is free and there is no obligation to purchase the created album. Simply delete the photo book after it is placed in your account. The photo book can also be edited before ordering, to allow any changes desired.
Can I make multiple books with the Make My Book service?
Absolutely! Simply submit a new request for each book.
Can I use a promotion?
Absolutely, but please plan ahead! Promotions are unable to be extended if they expire while in the Make My Book design process.
Can I request a book be created using the Snapfish app?
We are working hard on it! Unfortunately, we don’t have this service on our Snapfish app currently.
