When you are selecting albums or individual photos for ordering products or sharing in the app, your view of your photos differs from the web site view. In the app, you will initially see the photos on your mobile device.
To change the photo source from your device, tap My Phone at the top of the screen, and select Snapfish, Instagram, Facebook or Google from the menu that appears.
Each photo source is described below, with optional views for My Phone and Snapfish.
Important: In all views, just tap a photo to select it for a project.
My Phone and Snapfish photos
There are 2 ways to view your photos in your device and your Snapfish account:
- Grid view -- Photos are organized in date clusters (newest photos at top) with date and total number of photos above each batch, and a SELECT ALL icon for adding all the photos for that date to a project. This is the default view; tap SHOW ALBUMS to switch to Album view.
- Album view -- Album covers with titles and number of photos are displayed by album creation date. This view is the most condensed, so allows you to navigate to older albums and photos quickly, provided you can remember the album name, or month it was created. Tap an album to open it and select photos for projects or tap SHOW GRID to switch to Grid view.
Note: You cannot currently view albums that have been shared with you, or a separate listing of albums you have shared. These can only be viewed via browser on the Snapfish site.
Instagram
