We cannot allow you to order prints or products with copyrighted images unless you have written permission from the copyright owner, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, and have this written permission on file with our Customer Support team. This includes photos where the image has been altered so that the copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice is removed.
If you want to include a copyrighted image in your prints or products,
- You must obtain a written permission from the copyright owner, what’s known as a “Print Release Form”. Photographers provide these to clients to allow them to print a photo.
- Upload the Print Release Form to your account in its own separate album. If you do not have a scanner, you can take a picture of the release form and upload it, just make sure it's legible.
- Then you must contact Customer Support (see links below) to let them know you intend to use a copyrighted image, and which of your albums contains the Print Release Form.
Note: If you believe that your work or the work of another has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, Snapfish has a process in place to respond to your concerns. Please contact Customer Support.
