What are the requirements to use the Snapfish mobile apps?
The Snapfish mobile apps support the most popular software versions. If you are experiencing difficulties using the app, please update your device with the latest version available.
Where can I get the Snapfish mobile apps?

Can I copy or delete albums and photos?
Yes, you can now copy and delete photos or albums in the app. Simply select the photo or album, by tapping on the small tick in the top right corner of the photo (its color will change to blue, to confirm the photo or album has been selected). Then tap the menu on the top right. Select an editing option. Tap DELETE to remove the photo or album, or tap COPY to adds the photos to an existing or new album. You can also choose SHARE to share up to 5 photos with friends from the menu.
Can I view my friend's shared albums?
Yes! In the Photos area of the app, tap the Snapfish icon, and then tap "Friends Albums".

How do I know I have the most current mobile app?
When you open the mobile apps you should see a female and a child in a field. If you don't see this, see Snapfish mobile apps for the latest version.
Why do I get an error when uploading photos on your mobile app?
An uploading error can occur when uploading a large quantity of images. We recommend that you try uploading in smaller batches such as 50-100 images at a time.
How can I upload my photos to a specific album?
Select photos and tap "Upload". Pick the album you want or create a new one.
What resolution are my photos uploaded in?
Photos are not high resolution, but are adequate for the products currently offered in the app.
