What are the requirements to use the Snapfish Apps?
The Snapfish apps support the most popular software versions. If you are experiencing difficulties with the app, please update your software to the latest version available.
Where can I get the Snapfish mobile app?
The Snapfish Android app is available at the Google Play Store.
Can I preview the photos before printing?
A preview is displayed within the editing view to show how prints will cropped.
Can I start an order on my mobile device and finish on the website or vice versa?
Currently, orders started in the app cannot be competed through the website (or vice versa).
Can I see my device's orders in my account history on the website and resubmit a mobile print order?
You can now view mobile orders in your account history, but they cannot be continued or re-ordered through the website.
Can I copy or delete albums and photos?
Yes, you can now copy and delete photos or albums in the app. Simply select the photo or album, by tapping on the small tick in the top right corner of the photo (its color will change to blue, to confirm the photo or album has been selected). Then tap the menu on the top right. Select an editing option. Tap DELETE to remove the photo or album, or tap COPY to adds the photos to an existing or new album. You can also choose SHARE to share up to 5 photos with friends from the menu.
Can I view my friend's shared albums?
Yes! In the Photos area of the app, tap the Snapfish icon, and then tap "Friends Albums".
Can I change my country setting in the app?
Sorry, that option is no longer available within the app.
How can I contact you?

Why is the shipping and handling $8.99 on the Snapfish App and $7.99 on the website?
Our prices differ between our mobile apps and website due to handling requirements for the smaller orders we get through mobile. Website orders tend to be large which allows us to give a better rate for shipping and handling.
The 100 Free Prints offer (each month for a year) is still a great value as 100 prints shipped from the website would be $16.99. If you prefer to use the website and get the shipping costs there we often have great offers on the website and you can upload your photos from our apps to purchase there.
How do I know I have the most current mobile app?
Your device should warn you when an update is available, and when you open the app, you should get a notice about the update. If you see this in either case, visit the Google Play Store or for the latest version.
Why can't I see other albums on my mobile device?
You should be able to see photos in your mobile device, your Snapfish account albums (including "Friends albums"), any Facebook albums, and your Instagram account.
Do you offer matte or glossy prints in the app?
Prints are available with glossy or matte finish.
Can I order square prints for my Instagram photos?
Yes, square prints are available.
Can I order collage prints?
Collage prints are not available at this time.
What sizes of prints can I order?
4x4, 4x5.3, 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 sizes are currently available.
Will Facebook photos print clearly?
The print quality of photos from Facebook are fine for small products like 4x6 prints and mugs, but may appear blurry for larger products, depending on the quality of the image.
