Since your order is one-of-a-kind, it can take up to 3 days to create it. As soon as it is ready, we will ship it out to you. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email letting you know your order is on the way! Within this email, you will find a ‘Track my Package’ button, where you can see the whereabouts of your order at any time. You can also follow the instructions below to track your package directly from your account.
Note: Standard shipping only offers Partial Tracking, as described in the table below, whereas our other 3 shipping methods provide door-to-door tracking.

Follow either step below to track your order from your account
- At the top of your home page in the Recent Orders area, click "View this order" on the right of the order you want to track. When the order details open, click TRACK PACKAGE. Note: The link will not be displayed until your order has actually shipped.
- Select ORDER HISTORY from your account menu on the top right (see right) and when your order history page opens, click the Tracking link for the order. Note: The tracking link will not be shown until the Status has changed to "Shipped". If the Status is "In process", no link will be shown and instead you will see a message that says "Tracking info n/a".
