On June 16, Snapfish.ca began redirecting Canadian customers to Snapfish.com where you will find all your photos and albums available.
The following FAQs provide more information specific to Snapfish.ca customers:
Why did you move to Snapfish.com?
To offer you an even better experience making custom and personal photo gifts. While Snapfish.ca has served us well, it can no longer meet our customers' needs. We're sad to say farewell but eager to introduce you to the new Snapfish.
Here's what to expect on Snapfish.com:
- More exciting photo products like square prints, flat cards, books and calendars
- Low prices
- Exciting new card designs
- Mobile and tablet friendly website allowing users to create on the go
- Ability to add embellishments to signature products like canvas and mugs
- Enhanced design tools which allow free form design and text overlay
- Import photos from almost anywhere - Computer, Flickr, Facebook and Instagram
When did this change occur?
Beginning June 16, 2016, customers were redirected to Snapfish.com.
What about my username and password?
Your username and password remain the same. If you need any help signing in, please use the "forgot password" link or contact Snapfish customer service.
Can I still access the Snapfish.ca?
No, you will no longer be able to access Snapfish.ca after June 15.
What happened to my photos and albums?
You will find all your photos and albums on Snapfish.com! You'll also find any albums that were shared with you.
Are my photos secure on the new website?
Yes. Your photos are password protected and only you can decide when and with whom to share them.
What happened to my projects?
The projects you created on Snapfish.ca will no longer be available after June 15.
Will I be able to buy from Snapfish.com using my credit cards?
Yes! Your credit cards are good on Snapfish.com. If you prefer, you can pay using Paypal. Your payment is made in US dollars, and you're responsible for any fees your bank may charge.
What shipping options are available on Snapfish.com?
Only standard shipping to Canada is available. Note: shipments to Canada may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. The recipient is responsible for any such fees.
Will I still be able to use my credits?
In most cases, your Snapfish.ca credits should be available to use on Snapfish.com. For qualifying purchases, your credits will automatically be applied in the cart. If you'd like to see what credits are currently in your account, visit the CREDITS page in YOUR ACCOUNT.
Note: some products will not be available on Snapfish.com, so any existing credits for unavailable products will be temporary unusable. Rest assured, you'll be able to use your transferred credits after June 16th.
What will happen to my cash credits?
Your customer cash credits have been migrated to Snapfish.com. The new value will reflect a one-time currency exchange rate into USD from CAD.
What will the CAD/USD exchange rate be set at?
Canada accounts with cash balances reflect a one-time cash currency exchange rate of 1.3023 CAD for $1.00 USD.
What will happen to my gift certificates?
Gift certificates are no longer available for purchase, but you can still redeem your existing gift certificates on Snapfish.com. We ask for your patience, however, as you may not be able to redeem your certificates immediately.
Are calendars with Canadian holidays available?
We do not offer calendars with Canadian holidays at this time, but the calendar text feature can be used to add text or adding a photo to any calendar date.
Can I still use coupon codes and promo codes?
Yes, you can use any qualifying promo code. Promo codes can be used anywhere the product is available, unless otherwise specified.
Will my order history transfer from Snapfish.ca to Snapfish.com?
No, but if you want to discuss or have questions about any existing orders, including orders placed on Snapfish.ca before 15 June 2016, please contact customer service for help.
Will all the same products be available?
Most of the products from Snapfish.ca will be available on Snapfish.com, except for the following:
4x6 Photo book
8x11 Calendar 18 months
12x12 Calendar 18 months
Dust Jacket Books
What will happen to the French site?
After June 16, our French site will no longer be available, but you can sign in on Snapfish.com with the same username and password. If you need any help signing in, please use the "forgot password" link or contact Snapfish customer service.
