We've put together this page to let you know what's changed with the launch of our new Snapfish site - to help you stay informed and experience a smooth transition with us. Please read the following FAQs for more information.
Why have you moved to a new site?
The new Snapfish is a wow-in-progress. We've created a more beautiful and simple way to turn your photos into prints, books, cards, and gifts.
It was time for us to build a whole new site from the ground up. We've listened to your feedback and we have been hard at work on the new Snapfish to give you a modern platform built using the latest proven technologies, where you can get creative and better express yourself while making your beautiful projects and gifts.
Here's what to expect on the new Snapfish:
- Mobile and tablet friendly website allowing users to create on the go
- Ability to add embellishments on products
- Enhanced design tools which allow free form design and text overlay
- Import photos from almost anywhere - Computer, Flickr, Facebook and Instagram
Note: The Snapfish new site was launched on 23rd March 2016 and our classic site has been discontinued.
What about my photos, albums and projects?
Albums and Photos:
All of your uploaded photos and albums are available on the new site. Some features such as photo edits are not yet available, but will be added soon.
All the albums that were shared with you on the Classic site are also available on the new site.
Due to the introduction of our new and much improved product builders, your old projects from the classic site have not migrated to the new Snapfish. We're confident that you'll enjoy creating projects in our new and much improved product builders on the new site.
Are my photos secure on the new web site?
Yes. Your photos are password-protected in your account and only you decide when and with whom to share them.
Are all products from the classic site available on the new site?
We've launched with a selection of our signature products, but rest assured - we're working hard to add all of your favorite products in the near future.
Am I able to use my classic site credits on the new Snapfish (including pre-paid prints)?
In most cases your credits from the classic site should be available for you to use on the new Snapfish. Qualifying purchases will automatically apply your credits in the cart. If you would like to see what credits are currently in your account, visit the CREDITS page in YOUR ACCOUNT.
Note: Some products are not currently available on the new site, so any existing credits for such products are temporary unusable. Rest assured - you'll be able to use your transferred credits as soon as those products become available on site.
Can I use my gift certificate on the new site?
You'll be able to redeem Snapfish gift certificates a few weeks after the new site is launched. We're working hard to implement this feature.
Can I use promo codes on the new site?
Yes, you can use any qualifying promo code. Promo codes can be used anywhere the product is available, unless otherwise specified. We'll continue to provide you with some great value for money offers and promotions.
What about video subscription?
Your videos are available on the new site for viewing, playback and download. Video subscription service is discontinued and you won't be able to upload videos to the new site. If you need more information, please contact us.
Where is my group room?
Group rooms had been retired and will not resume, but you can use photo sharing in the new site which also includes likes and comments. We will also offer project sharing later in the year.
Where is my order history from the classic site?
Order history has not migrated to the new site, however if you have any existing orders that you wish to discuss or should you have any questions about an order placed on the classic site before 23rd March 2016, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
