For a replacement order or a refund, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. For most issues we can arrange for your order to be remade at no further charge or if a change to the original is needed, we will issue you with a credit and guide you through making the amendment and placing the new order.
To ensure quality and so that we can inspect the defective order, we may ask that you return it to us or to provide a few photographs illustrating the defect, prior to receiving credits or refunds.

How do I send back returned items?
Depending upon what you're returning, we will let you know how to return the items.
How soon should I expect to see a credit from you?
Once a refund has been credited to your account we'll send you an email notification and you will also be able to see the refund listed in the notifications tab in your account. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear on your bank account.
Can I cancel an order I've placed but haven't received?
Yes, the cancel feature allows you to cancel an order within 1 hour (60 minutes) after the order has been placed. Simply go to your ACCOUNT and access your ORDER HISTORY. You'll see your most recent orders at the top. Click on the order number you wish to cancel and you will be taken to the order details page, where you will see the Cancel Order icon. Click on it and confirm that you wish to cancel your order. A confirmation will then appear in the order details page to inform you that your order has been successfully cancelled.
Note: Please note that for prompt delivery, we begin making your product an hour after the order has been placed. We are unable to reverse/adjust the order after that.
