The date you can expect your one-of-a-kind Snapfish items to arrive depends on two things:
- The amount of time it takes us to make them:
- up to 4 business days for Prints, Books, Glass and Metal Prints
- up to 3 business days for other products
- The shipping method you select.
Important: When you place your order we provide you the total shipping cost, but each item included in your order ships separately once it's finished. Items may also ship a day or two apart because some take longer to make than others. When each item is shipped, you'll receive notification from us that your purchase is on its way!

Track and trace
Delivery to regional areas, as well as to WA, NT and Tasmania may take longer (up to 18 business days for Standard Mail, and up to 9 business days for Express Post). No weekend or holiday deliveries.
For Standard Mail Delivery, track and trace is available for limited types of products. For small products such as prints or small gifts, tracking information might not be available.
For Express Post, track and trace is available for all orders.
Tracking details will be available on courier sites, after 24-48 hours from the time you receive a shipping notification email from Snapfish.
If you experience a delivery delay with your shipment, we highly recommend you check with the applicable courier used for your delivery. For courier's track and trace details, please check ORDER HISTORY page
Note: Express Post is not an overnight delivery service. (For some Metro areas it may be)
Pick Up in Store
For the most accurate estimate of Pickup in Store times, please refer to the estimated pick up time, which appears when you select a store during check out (see screen below).
Please visit your selected Kmart store after the estimated pickup date.
Estimated Delivery Days
Estimated delivery date and in store pick up times are business days and are an estimate only and not guaranteed. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Delivery may take longer especially during holiday season.
Snapfish order deliveries will be made via a national courier network, Australia Post eParcel service, or regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order may be taken back to a courier’s local depot or post office. In this case, a driver will leave a calling card, which has all relevant contact details, at the delivery address so that you can arrange a re-delivery with them.
Deliveries to Office/University
If you are shipping an order to an office or university address, please make sure to include the name your business in the address, otherwise your order might be recorded under unknown address and returned to the sender.
No PO Box/Private Locker Deliveries
We are unable to ship orders for PO Box and Private Locker deliveries.
International delivery service is currently not available in Australia. However, you can log into the Snapfish US site at www.snapfish.com, create a new project, and place an order for International delivery if you want to ship outside AU.
