What's new and exciting on Snapfish:

- Ability to add embellishments on products
- Enhanced design tools which allow free form design and text overlay
- Import photos from almost anywhere - Computer, Flickr, Facebook and Instagram
You may find that some products are not currently on the new Snapfish site. Rest assured, we are working hard to add them on as soon as possible.
NOTE: The Snapfish classic site was discontinued on 10th May 2016 and cannot be accessed any more.

Can I use my credits and pre-paid prints from the classic site?
In most cases your credits from the classic site should be available for you to use on the new Snapfish. Qualifying purchases will automatically apply your credits in the cart. If you would like to see what credits are currently in your account, visit the CREDITS page in YOUR ACCOUNT. See how.
Can I use my gift certificate on the new site?
Currently gift certificates can now be redeemed on the new site.
Can I use promo codes on the new site?
Yes, you can use any qualifying promo code. Promo codes can be used anywhere the product is available, unless otherwise specified.
Where are my projects?
Any projects you create on the new site will appear in MY PROJECTS, at the top of most pages.
NOTE: Please copy your projects from classic site to new site by 10th May 2016 latest to avoid disappointment. Only book projects created on or after January 1, 2014 can be copied. To copy your projects, go to MY PROJECTS page and click COPY MY PROJECTS. You will not see this button if you have already copied your projects. I put all my photos in albums. Where are they?
Your photos are in your Library, neatly stored and ready to be accessed. Snapfish organises your views two ways: photo view and album view. Photos uploaded to the classic site will appear on the new Snapfish. Some features such as photo edits are not yet available, but will be added soon.
Are my photos secure on the new web site?
Yes. Your photos are password-protected in your account and only you decide when and with whom to share them.
Can I upload my photos via email?
Email upload is not available on the new Snapfish.
Where are my orders?
Orders placed on the new site can be seen in the Order History page (learn about your account features).
NOTE: Order history from the classic site will not migrate to the new site, however if you have any existing orders that you wish to discuss or should you have any questions about an order placed on the classic site before 10th May 2016, please contact our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to help.
Where is my group room?
Group rooms are not available on the new site, but sharing is still possible and much improved.
