If you are unhappy with your order, please take a picture of the issue and upload it to your Snapfish account to a new album called Order Problem. The photo will help us solve your problem faster. Please have it ready together with order number when you'll contact our chat support representative.
We'll either recreate your order or provide a credit or refund to make sure that you love your custom-made product. In some cases, we may ask that you return the defective order prior to receiving credits or refunds
Just contact us via chat at the link on the right (or below, if you are on a cell phone) and let us know what went wrong.
Sometimes these things happen, but we'll do what we can to make things right!
If you have trouble logging in, accessing product buiders or paying for your order, please use the troubleshooting tips below:
- Check that all details you have entered are correct. These may include email address and password, credit card details or billing and shipping address.
- If the problem persists, please clear your browser cache/cookies, temporary internet files and browsing history.

Cancel your account
We hate to see you go, but you can cancel your Snapfish membership by contacting Customer Support via our email web form. We must recieve and confirm your request via email, and cannot cancel your account via chat or phone.
If you request cancellation of your account, Snapfish will make all of your photos, projects and personal information inaccessible from the site, even if you choose to rejoin or reactivate your account at a later date. Information necessary for the purposes of maintaining business records regarding a cancelled account, including records of credit transactions and account ownership, will be retained in accordance with applicable law.
