Note that some features are not yet available on the new site. We're working on many features and enhancements and they will be available to you soon. Rest assured that by the time we're done with the transition, you will have a better photo service site than our Classic site, with the best photo products in the industry at great values.
If you're familiar with our classic site, you'll probably have questions about how everything works with Snapfish. No problem. We have the answers right here:
Why a whole new website? I liked Snapfish Classic. Why was it shut down?
Snapfish Classic served us well for many years. But it had aged and no longer could handle the demands of the modern user. It did not work on smart phones and tablets. It was difficult and costly to maintain, and make changes to.
It was time for us to build a whole new site ground up. We've been hard at work on the new Snapfish for the past year. It is modern and beautiful. It is responsive so you can use it on your smart phones and tablets. It takes less time to introduce new products on it, so that we can be more responsive to your needs and wants. It is based on a newly architected platform and infrastructure using the latest proven technologies, and it will scale up as we grow our user base and the business.
Can I use my credits from the classic site?
In most cases your credits from the classic site should be available for you to use on the new Snapfish. Qualifying purchases will automatically apply your credits in the cart. If you would like to see what credits are currently in your account, visit the CREDITS page in YOUR ACCOUNT.
Can I use my gift certificate and prepaid credits on the new site?
Yes, gift certificate and prepaid prints credit from the Classic site has been migrated to the new site and can be redeemed.
Can I use promo codes on the new site?
Yes, you can use any qualifying promo code. Promo codes can be used anywhere the product is available, unless otherwise specified.
My photos and albums from the Classic site don't quite look the same on the new site. Why are they different?
Your photos are in your Library, neatly stored and ready to be accessed. Snapfish organizes your views two ways: photo view and album view. New photos uploaded to the Classic Site will appear on the new Snapfish, as well as the Snapfish mobile app. However changes to your albums such as photo delete, reordering photos, and photo captions may not yet show up on the new site. We're going to sync your photos and albums from the Classic site so all your changes should be restored. If you have made more recent changes to your Classic albums on the new site, they will take precedence.
I cannot change my album dates. They show the upload dates, not the photo taken date. I cannot rearrange photos in my albums and I can't move photos from album to album.
All of these features are in the works and will become available soon.
How do I edit my photos? How about redeye reduction, color and lighting enhancements and applying filters like black & white?
Redeye reduction is available in the upload options menu. In your photo library you can rotate and delete photos. In print builder you can pan, rotate, and crop photos. In many builders like those for books and calendars you can also arbitrarily crop and move photos on a page.
Advanced photo edits and filters are coming soon and will be available in your photo library.
I want my print order/sequence to be preserved.
Prints arrive in the order submitted for the same size prints. We are also considering sorting options when submitting print orders in the future.
Can I upload my photos via email?
Email upload is not available on the New Snapfish.
Where are my orders?
Orders placed on the new site can be seen in the Order History page.
