The items you create are one of a kind, not something we pull off a shelf, so please allow us up to 1-3 business days to make them before shipping your order. For small products such as prints, gifts,or books, partial tracking may be available .

Tracking: We produce and ship your order from our production facility in Australia. Tracking availability depends on the size and type of package. Tracking information is usually available 24-48 hours on the courier site after you receive a shipping notification email from Snapfish.
