Once you have submitted an order, there are a number of things you should know. and the following timeline provides the sequence of events, and your options.

If you just placed an order
- You have up to one hour to cancel your order. See Cancel an order for steps and details.

Within an hour after you place an order

Within 8 business days
- Your order will be printed, assembled if needed, packaged, and shipped and you will receive a shipping notification via email.
- Your Order History page will show order Status as "Your order has shipped".

Order shipping and delivery, up to 5 more business days
- Your order should arrive within 5 business days from dispatch date, but note, some delays can be expected before holidays. For remote locations, the delivery can take up to 4 extra business days. See details at Shipping and delivery

After your order arrives
- If there is any problem with your order, please contact us via our email webform, and attach a photo of the damage, or quality issue, so we can replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.

If your order is late
