What payment methods are accepted on the apps?
You can currently pay with credit and debit cards when ordering from the mobile apps.
Do promotions apply to my orders?
Yes, limit is one promotion code per order. Tap the pencil icon next to Order Total on the Order Review screen to enter the promotion code. If you have a problem entering your code, or it is not working, please ensure it is spelled correctly. If it is spelled correctly, and still not working, please contact us.
I have print credits on Snapfish, can I use them to order prints in the app?
Yes, we currently accept credits in the Snapfish App.
What is the special offer for free prints?
Currently you can get 100 free prints per month by ordering from the Snapfish App. No promo code is needed, and you cannot use other promo codes with this offer. Learn more
Why do I have to use my mobile device to order the 100 prints?

Can I change the number of photos in an order?
Yes, you can order multiple copies of individual photos, or the entire order.
Can I mix print sizes in my order?
Yes, you can order different print sizes in a single order, but you must add each print size separately to your cart (that is, select a size and photos, and add to cart, then select another size and add to cart)
Can I pick up my order at a store?
Photo prints and other products are currently only available for mail order.
When will my prints be ready?
Prints are shipped within 1-3 business days. Check your ORDER HISTORY page within the app or your order confirmation email for the estimated delivery date.
I ordered prints by accident, what do I do?
You cannot cancel an order within the app, but you can cancel it on the web site within the first hour after ordering. Please go to the web site, and click your name at the top right, and click ORDER HISTORY (see right). On the order details page, click the cancel option on the right. If you cannot cancel it yourself, please contact our chat support team for immediate help.
Why don't I see all of your delivery options in the cart?
Depending on your shipping address, you may not see all 4 of our delivery options. We have optimized the display to eliminate any shipping methods that would cost you more but deliver the product in the same amount of time.
The app crashes when I am placing an order. What should I do?
Please try closing the app completely, and then try placing your order again. If you still have the problem, try turning off your device and then turn it back on again. If that does not work, please try these steps:
- Check your credit card information on our web site via computer. Make sure your saved credit card is up to date. Expired credit card information on our web site can trigger an error message in the mobile app even if you enter a current credit card during checkout on your mobile device.
- Delete the app from your mobile device and reinstall the latest version.
