How do I get help?

 1. Search the Snapfish knowledge base:

Updated daily for the latest on all customer issues. You can find answers to your questions right away by using the Search Help box in the upper right corner of every help page.

2. Live Chat Support:

Monday to Sunday: 8 a.m. ET to 1 a.m. ET.

To access chat please click the "Live Chat" link below. If the link says "Busy" during our hours of chat operation, please wait a few moments and the link will change to "Online now" when a support agent becomes available.


3. Phone Support:

Call 1-800-634-4500.

Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. ET - 1:00 a.m. ET, Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 a.m. ET - 8:00 p.m. ET.

4. Ask a question/Email Support:

Use our Ask a question form. If the answers suggested do not address your question, you will be able to "submit" the form to open a ticket.
