Add Photos to Your Account
In the first section of your account page, you can add photos to your account. (You can also add photos to your account from your homepage and your photos page.)

To upload photos, click the yellow 'upload photos' button and follow these steps:
  1. On the following page, you'll see a new album (yellow) with a field below it for its name.
  2. We automatically name albums with the date of upload, but you can change that name to anything you'd like by typing it in the field below the album. After you have named your album, click the yellow 'upload to this album' button.
  3. You'll see a dialogue box asking whether you would like to download 'ActiveX Control,' another name for our QuickUpload tool. Click 'yes.' Wait a few moments for Snapfish to install QuickUpload on your computer. We'll let you know when it's finished.

Note: QuickUpload is available only to PC users. If you use a Mac, see the 'How To Upload Digital Photos' page in the Help section. Click on the yellow 'select photos' button.
  4. Choose the photos you would like to upload by clicking the small box next to each one.
  5. Click on the yellow 'upload selected photos' button to start transferring your digital photos from your computer to your online account.
  6. You'll see an indicator that the upload is in progress. Please don't close the upload window or go to any other part of the website until your upload has finished. We'll let you know when it's done.
  7. When your upload has finished, you'll see a confirmation page displaying all the photos that were successfully uploaded. Click 'view entire album' to order prints, share your photos, or order photo gifts.

Note: When you upload any digital photo to your online account, only a copy of it is placed in your account. The original digital photo file remains unchanged on your computer. You can upload photos from your computer's hard drive, from a floppy disk, from a CD-ROM, or directly from a digital camera connected to your computer.
To send in film, click 'send film' and follow the instructions under 'Film Mailers and Labels' on this page.

To email photos, click 'email photos' and follow these steps:
  1. On the following page, you'll see some information about emailing photos, both from your mobile phone and from your computer. After you've read this page, click the yellow 'email photos' button.
  2. Your computer will open a new email message, addressed to us. Attach the photos you'd like to upload, and send the message.
  3. You'll soon receive an email message confirming that we received your photos and inviting you to log into your account to verify that these photos are associated with your account.
  4. Follow the link in the message to log in to your account and verify your photos. Once you do, they'll be added to your account.

Note: You can decide whether or not you'd like to receive confirmation messages when you email photos to your account. See 'email upload preferences' below.

  2. Click on the 'forgot password?' link.

  5. Check your email for the password, and then return to Snapfish and log in.

Tip: Make sure the email address you enter is the one you used to set up your Snapfish account.

How do I change the email address Snapfish uses to contact me?
You can change any part of your account info, including your email address, by following these steps:
  1. Click on the "your account" link at the top of most pages.
  2. Scroll down to the 'personal information' section, and click 'edit personal info.'
  3. Type your new email address into the form field.
  4. Click on the yellow 'update info' button at the bottom of the page.
How do I unsubscribe to the newsletter?
Snapfish occasionally sends out email newsletters and other information that we think will interest our customers. If you don't want to get these, email newsletter@snapfish.com and request to be removed from our mailing list. Please allow 7-10 business days for the change to take effect.

How do I set my retail pick-up preferences?
When you choose to pick up an order at retail, Snapfish automatically remembers which store you select for picking up your order. The next time you place an order for retail pick-up, that location will be the default, but you can choose a different location on the "pick up or ship" page before you check out.

If I change my mailing address, will I get new mailers automatically?
No, but it's easy to request new mailers. Just click on the 'home' tab. Then, click on 'send film' in the yellow box at the top right of the page.

If I change my credit card or billing info, do I need new mailers or labels?
No. You can continue to use the ones you have.

Can I send in film to be developed if I live outside of the United States?
No. While we can process other international orders, we do not develop film-roll orders for users who live outside of the United States.

I sent in film, and then updated my address or my credit card info on the Snapfish website. What will happen?
If you've changed your mailing address:
If we haven't shipped your order yet, your prints and negatives will go to your updated address. If you've already received an email notifying you that your order has shipped, the package will be on its way to the previous address. We can't redirect packages that are already in the mail.

If you've changed your credit card info or billing address:
Changing your credit card number, expiration date or billing address will not affect the processing or delivery of your order. We will charge your order to the credit card that is on file with your account at the time the order is completed. Check your order confirmation emails to determine when we've charged your credit card.

How can I cancel my account?
If you wish to cancel your Snapfish account, please write to service@snapfish.com.
